The online course costs nothing, can be taken from the comfort of your home, and only takes two hours. More importantly, it can save a life.
“You learn the language around suicide and how it maintains the stigma,” Bryant said. “What to say and what not to say, and this culture is very important when it comes to mental health and suicide prevention. Suicide is the most preventable of all deaths. You don’t have to be a professional to save a life. By the time a person is watching a movie, they could be trained to save a life.

Details: The Question, Persuasion Refer course trains individuals to recognize the signs of crisis, to listen and speak without judgment, and to help anyone in difficulty find the help they need.
